Limited Two-Year Warranty
Thank you for choosing Sproutbox Garden. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing dependable support to our customers. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage, conditions, and limitations applicable to eligible Sproutbox Garden products.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Sproutbox Garden warrants that eligible products purchased directly from Sproutbox Garden or an authorized retailer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty Periods
Two-Year Limited Warranty
The following Sproutbox Garden products are covered for two (2) years from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship:
- Raised Garden Beds
- Elevated & Rolling Planters
- Garden Bed Extension Kits
- Trellis Systems
- Garden Tools & Bags
- Seed Starting Kits
Coverage includes structural or material defects that occur during normal intended use.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Electrical or powered products sold by Sproutbox Garden are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
Covered products may include:

Grow lights
This warranty applies only to defects in manufacturing or workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Warranty Remedies
If Sproutbox Garden determines that a product contains a covered defect during the applicable warranty period, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the defective component; or
-
Provide a replacement product of equal or comparable value.
Replacement parts or products will generally be shipped to the original delivery address associated with the order.
This warranty does not cover labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, or other incidental service expenses related to replacing or repairing products.
If a product has been relocated after delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with warranty fulfillment.
Conditions of Coverage
This warranty is valid only when:
- The product was purchased through Sproutbox Garden or an authorized seller;
- The original purchaser provides valid proof of purchase;
- The product has been assembled, installed, maintained, and used according to provided instructions;
- The defect is reported promptly after discovery.
Sproutbox Garden reserves the right to deny warranty claims where misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are identified.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care
- Improper assembly or installation
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents, vandalism, or intentional damage
- Weather events, natural disasters, or other events outside Sproutbox Garden’s control
- Use of incompatible accessories or third-party components
- Commercial or industrial use unless otherwise specified
- Cosmetic wear resulting from normal outdoor exposure
Normal cosmetic aging is not considered a defect. This includes:
- Minor scratches
- Surface wear
- Fading or discolouration
- Bubbling or finish deterioration due to outdoor conditions
Sproutbox Garden is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions including, but not limited to:
- Soil chemistry
- Moisture imbalance
- Acts of God
- Corrosion from environmental exposure
- Improper drainage or irrigation conditions
Transit damage caused by shipping carriers must be reported promptly after delivery.
Claims for missing parts must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sproutbox Garden shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty period unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, customers should complete the following steps:

Retain a copy of the original proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice.

Inspect the shipment upon delivery and keep photographs of:

- The outer packaging
- The condition of the product upon arrival
- Any shipping labels or identifying date codes

Take clear photos showing the issue or suspected defect.

- Photos of the product and issue
- A description of the problem
Sproutbox Garden may request additional information to verify eligibility before approving a warranty claim.
