What are the rods on the inside of the gardens?
These are bracing rods. They come included in the L-shaped garden kits and thread into the bolts on the side walls of the panels. They provide strength needed to ensure the shape of the garden. As always, there are step by step instructions for installation.
What tools and expertise do I need to build a Sproutbox Garden kit?
All of our garden kits are easy to assemble. A custom wrench and step by step instructions are included with your garden kit to ensure a successful back yard experience. No special building expertise is required.

We absolutely love our Sproutbox Garden Crescent kits! Super easy to assemble, no power tools required. The materials are rot resistant which extends the life of the garden box. As pictured, we've used this pair to anchor/define a space in our backyard. Currently it holding a mix of annuals and perennials. I cannot wait to add vegetables to the mix next year!
We researched the cost of wooden raised beds compared to Sproutbox. For basic material it was comfortable but the labour was so much less with Sproutbox, and the longevity of the steel was what made the decision for us. We absolutely love our Sproutbox Garden Crescent kits! Super easy to assemble, no power tools required. The materials are rot resistant which extends the life of the garden box. As pictured, we've used this pair to anchor/define a space in our backyard. Currently it holding a mix of annuals and perennials. I cannot wait to add vegetables to the mix next year!
We researched the cost of wooden raised beds compared to Sproutbox. For basic material it was comfortable but the labour was so much less with Sproutbox, and the longevity of the steel was what made the decision for us. We could not be more pleased with how easy the assembly was. The customer serve was excellent.
We are pleased with our newly assembled custom Sproutbox Bundle (17" Crescent and 17" Tall Round) we have affectionately named "Weiner and Bean" for obvious reason. Sturdy, and easy to assemble. All parts were present and the extra free hardware was appreciated. Friends and neighbours comment that they really like the curved shapes that set these raised beds apart from and above the typical straight-side ones available elsewhere.
